• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be your responsibility to pay.

• Any confidential or proprietary information exchanged between you and Visoge in the course of using our Services shall remain confidential.
• Both parties agree not to disclose or use confidential information for purposes other than the agreed engagement, except where required by law.
