These Terms apply to general use of our Site and Services. Specific client engagements may be governed by separate agreements (such as Statements of Work or Master Service Agreements). In the event of conflict, the executed client agreement will prevail.

- Visoge reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received as agreed.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be your responsibility to pay.
6. Confidentiality
- Any confidential or proprietary information exchanged between you and Visoge in the course of using our Services shall remain confidential.
- Both parties agree not to disclose or use confidential information for purposes other than the agreed engagement, except where required by law.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
- By submitting forms on our Site (such as Contact Us, Careers, or Start Your Project), you consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
